- Arrive on time. If you are delayed, please telephone. If you need to reschedule, please telephone.
- So that we can comfortably accommodate you and your guests, please limit them to two.
- Once inside the salon, please turn off or reduce the volume on your cell phone or pager.
- No cameras of any kind are allowed in our bridal salon. Exceptions are allowed once you have placed your order. At this time, you may take photographs of your gown.
- No food, drink or smoking is allowed in our exclusive salon.
- Due to the nature of our merchandise, we regret that children under the age of twelve (12 ) years are not allowed in the salon unless your child is being fitted for a dress. We thank you for your understanding in this matter.
- Please wear proper undergarments.
- If you desire a particular style or design, please bring us pictures or drawings so that we may better accommodate your wishes.
- Our gowns are specially ordered and usually arrive in our salon three (3) to four (4) months after your order is placed. Our Couture gowns require extra time and normally arrive between four (4) to five (5) months after ordering.
- Please allow two (2) to three (3) weeks additional time for alterations and the final fitting. If you require a gown immediately, we offer a beautiful selection from our in stock, one-of-a-kind designs.
- Extra charges will be added for specialty sizes, companies that offer changes and on ALL rush orders.
- All in-house alterations and redesigns require additional charges.
At Gabriele European Bridal & Formal, we maintain the highest standards of professionalism and care. We strive to answer any and all questions and to allay any concerns our clients may have regarding gowns for their wedding or special event.
